Further back up is provided by a complement of field technicians to provide on-the-spot advice and expertise, while the Cyberscope Customer Service Centre is just a phone call away. Any queries or question will be immediately and efficiently dealt with.

The software can be upgraded on the PC without the need to replace the hardware - enabled by the separation of signal capturing electronics from analysis software allowing software upgrades to be easily effected as features are added and PC processing capability improves.
